The Journal of Pharmaceutical and Clinical Sciences (JSFK) (e-ISSN: 2442-5435) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published and managed by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Andalas. It is issued three times a year, in April, August, and December. Founded in 2014 by the West Sumatra Region of the Indonesian Pharmacy Association, the journal primarily focuses on Pharmaceutical Sciences and Community-Clinical Pharmacy, publishing both original research and review articles within these fields. Since 2019, JSFK has been accredited by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGHE) as a SINTA 2 journal. As of Volume 10, Issue 3 (2023), the journal has adopted English as its primary publication language to cater to a global audience.

Aim and Scope 

JSFK accepts manuscripts in 2 main areas of pharmacy: Pharmaceutical Sciences and Community-Clinical Pharmacy. In the field of pharmaceutical science, JSFK accepted original research articles in Pharmaceutical Biology and Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology and Toxicology, and Biotechnology. Meanwhile, the community and clinical pharmacy areas include hospital pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, pharmacy management, and social pharmacy. 

Publication Frequency

The Journal of Pharmaceutical and Clinical Sciences publishes journals three times a year, in April, August, and December. The articles in this journal are published collectively as part of an issue, complete with a Table of Contents.
