Efektifitas Video Edukasi dan Kartu Pengingat Minum Obat Terhadap Kepatuhan Pengobatan dan Kontrol Tekanan Darah pada Pasien Hipertensi

Abstrak


Edukasi menggunakan video dan kartu pengingat minum obat merupakan intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan penggobatan menuju keberhasilan terapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi edukasi menggunakan video dan kartu pengingat minum obat terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan antihipertensi pada pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Tangerang Selatan-Banten. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) dengan melibatkan 160 responden, terdiri dari kelompok kontrol (80 responden) dan intervensi (80 responden). Data Kepatuhan penggobatan dan tekanan darah terkontrol dinilai dari pengisian kuesioner Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) dan rekam medik. Tingkat kepatuhan antar kelompok dianalisis menggunakan Uji Mann-Whitney sedangkan pengaruh intervensi dianalisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Sebelum Intervensi ada perbedaan signifikan antar kelompok mengenai karakteristik demografi responden, karakteristik klinis, dan gaya hidup. Intervesi apoteker melalui video edukasi dan kartu pengingat minum obat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepatuhan skor MMAS-8 (p:0.000) dengan kepatuhan dengan tingkat tinggi sebesar 7,5%, kepatuhan sedang sebesar 77,5% dan kepatuhan rendah sebesar 15%. Intervensi ini juga secara signifikan menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik (p:0.000,TDS/TDD=-15,44 mmHg/-5,12 mmHg).
